For Three Staff Payment in Every month we have to pay Rs 40000 in regular bases. It includes all cooking food, preparation tiffin for school, cleaning campus, washing clothes also 24 hours taking care of Children. So we find little burden to pay for this staff if you are supporting for this work it will be more helpful for us. You can also contribute or help for this needs.
